Patty & Bun – burgers make you sexy

Great review and love the look of rare patties – just need an egg! Whoops that is what’s missing from your birthday trip blog – Steak Tartare 🙂

Burgers are all the rage in London at the moment and with the likes of Tommi’s Burger Joint, Dirty Burger and Lucky Chip it doesn’t look like this trend is going to disappear anytime soon.

Patty & Bun on James Street is the latest addition to uber cool Marylebone and is definitely giving Tommi’s and Meat Liquor a run for their money in the burger stakes.

As you know I’m a not a huge fan of queues, and often avoid them at all costs. I arrived there on Sunday just before 12pm, along with a few very hungry punters, and wilfully stared at the little red door to open for my own piece of burger heaven.

For a small space seating only 30 people,  Patty & Bun has a buzzing, vibrant atmosphere. The music is loud, the service friendly and the food – well pretty damn good!
